All Three Cranes Operational

4-25-22 Work is progressing well on the Phase One site, with the help of three cranes. They literally do the "heavy lifting" and place construction equipment and materials into position. We also use them to pour the concrete foundation.

Work is progressing in various stages around the site, starting with the Southwest corner at Halpine Road and Rockville Pike (shown in the upper left corner of the photo) and progressing to the Northeast corner. We've completed pouring the first level of the garage in the Southwest corner and have started pouring the second in that location as we pour the first level elsewhere on the site.
