Exciting Progress At The Milton Apartments

The Milton exterior is nearing the finish line. A temporary trailer is being set up to begin leasing residential leasing that we anticipate will begin late this month. In the meantime, our crews continue working on "punch list" items on residential levels two and three. We will provide regular updates as the leasing date is set.

The Milton Exterior and Wegmans Storefront

The view from Rockville Pike (Rt. 355) has improved with the installation of sidewalks, grass, trees and plants. Building exterior will be completed in this summer. The canopy for Wegmans sign is being installed. Wegmans has started constructing their interior space.

The Milton Lobby Progress

The Milton residential lobby is taking shape with upscale finishes including wood, metal, glass and marble.

The Courtyard Nears Completion

The Milton courtyard will feature a paver finished path and the outer edge will be a scored concrete finish.

The photo below shows the swimming pool form and steps taking shape. The poured concrete grill area and the wood slats for the pergola are additional amenities for residents' outdoor comfort and gathering.

Garage Parking

Garage Level 1 has a grey semi-gloss finish for special traction and waterproofing (above).
