Making Progress Inside and Outside

We are continuing our work to finish The Milton and the exterior. We anticipate completing the common areas of this first phase by mid- to late- summer 2024.

The Milton Courtyard

Fourth level courtyard area at The Milton. The plants are thriving in their new space and along the path to the indoor community space, which opens directly to the courtyard.

Courtyard Amenities

Amenities include a swimming pool, grilling area, an amphitheater, seating and attractive walking paths.

Garage and Lobby Construction

Crews are working diligently on the garage levels with escalators and stairs in place.

Wegmans Store Front

Wegmans will begin customizing their space to suit their needs in Spring 2024.
