Twinbrook Quarter Is Shaping Up

January brings steady progress at the site. Concrete pours have been completed through the ninth floor and we’re in the process of completing the tenth and eleventh floors. The roof structure will begin shortly. We hope to substantially complete all concrete structure pours in February, weather permitting.

Also, on the portion of the building nearest the Chapman/Halpine intersection, we have started installing metal framing to support the exterior facades.

The fourth floor will include a one-acre courtyard featuring residential amenities like a swimming pool, seating areas, green spaces and grills.
