Site Plan for Phase One of Twinbrook Quarter Submitted

We recently submitted our Phase One Site Plan application for Twinbrook Quarter to the City of Rockville. Phase One is located on the southwest corner of the property, at Rockville Pike and Halpine Road and includes residential, office and commercial space, including a new Wegmans.
