Second Level Concrete Pouring Underway

We are approximately one-third finished pouring the second level slab for Phase One. We expect to be 60% finished with the second level concrete slab in about two weeks.

Preparation for pouring the third level concrete slab has begun at the corner of Halpine Rd. and the future extended Chapman Avenue (shown at lower left of photo).

You’ll see a lot of temporary scaffolding on the site as we continue to build additional levels.

Protective Canopy Along Halpine Road

As we continue our work above ground, one of our priorities is to maintain a safe environment for people walking on Halpine Road. We are in the process of building a protective canopy along the sidewalk, which will remain on the site at least through 2023.
