Phase One Preconstruction Work Begins

Phase One of Twinbrook Quarter is located on the southwest corner of the property at Rockville Pike and Halpine Road and includes residential and commercial space, including a new Wegmans. You’ll start to see activity as we begin to prepare the site for construction. The preparation work includes setting up temporary fencing, signage and disconnecting utilities. Once that work is complete we’ll begin demolishing the vacant retail buildings. This site preparation and demolition work will continue over the next three to four months, weather permitting. At completion of that work, the site will be ready for groundbreaking before the end of the year.
