Completing Concrete Pouring Level 3

Level 3 concrete pouring is nearly complete and we will continue pouring concrete for Level 4. Levels 1-4 contain Wegmans, the rest of the street level retail, all of the parking garage levels, and a portion of the residential units. Once we finish the 4th level, we will continue building the rest of the 12-story apartment tower.

Conditions and weather permitting, we hope to complete pouring all levels by late Spring/early Summer 2023, after which we will begin constructing the building façade.
